Life in Santorini

Life in Santorini is particularly relaxing. We enjoyed the views from our terrace.

Across the street is Santorini Mou Taberna. The owner (the gentleman in the hat behind me) plays music each night. He spends his winters in the Bay Area, sometimes hanging out with Green Day. Fava bean dip and fried stuffed tomatoes are local specialities. Meatballs and octopus. Not baklava.

Brian, upon being told this is our last day in Santorini.

First lunch before beach: grilled vegetables and haloumi cheese.

Kothari beach, just to the east of Amoudi, which we visited twice on our last day. And the restaurant above Kothari beach, which we also visited twice on our last day.

They featured, beach hair and sangria, live music at sunset, stuffed peppers with orange mint sauce and white sangria.

Taken our last morning from our balcony. We look forward to coming back to Santorini some day.

Up next, Athens!
